In order for us to do that, we need your cooperation with the following:
The tearoom is not only to create delightful memories, but also for encouraging the use of proper etiquette.
- Please have the children select dress-up accessories in their area to wear during teatime and then be seated.
- Do not allow children to roam the tearoom freely.
- Encourage speaking softly during teatime.
- Encourage the use of proper table manners.
- Please discourage children from handling retail merchandise, running, and rambunctious behavior.
- You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise beyond normal wear and tear.
- All of our merchandise used in the party is to be returned before your departure.
- Please encourage children to put dress-up items back neatly.
- Petticoats & Petit Fours Tea Room assumes no responsibility for lost items left in the shop, however, if items are
found we will notify you if we have your number. - Sorry, we can’t accommodate infants or toddlers for safety reasons. Please make sure your guests are age
appropriate.

Terms and Conditions
Your date will be put on the calendar when your deposit of $50.00 is received.
The deposit is non-refundable and required in order to reserve your date.
If there must be a cancellation, we will be happy to move your party to another date that suits our schedule. There is a
24hour notification required to make cancellations from your party’s guest count. If less than 24hours for guest cancellations,
bill will be for the count of the party.
Balance due 10 days prior to event. Please do not bring children who aren’t guests of the party. It’s not fair for them to”just
watch”. You will be charged for any children who show up for the party. These packages are designed to be age appropriate
according to a child’s maturity level. Please be considerate of others having tea parties in the tearoom. Petticoats & Petit
Fours Tea Room can’t accommodate toddlers or infants for safety reasons. Absolutely no outside food or beverage may be
brought in. Let us know about any food allergies prior to your event. Two parents are required to remain on the premises.
There is a minimum $200.00 for private parties after hours. The client is responsible for R.S.V.P.’s. Please call Petticoats &
Petit Fours Tea Room with the final guest count no later than 10 days before the event. Don’t forget about the 24hour
cancellation notification.
Tea Party packages lasts for two hours, except Sugar-N-Spice Tea Party which lasts for 11/2hours. On Saturdays we host
children’s parties at: 11:00am or 2:00pm. Please do not show up any earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled tea party.
We will need to prepare the tearoom between parties. If your party runs over the scheduled time, there will be a fee of $25.00
per every estimated 1/2hour added on.
An 18% gratuity will be added to final bill.
We recommend scheduling well in advance to secure the date and time you need.
Saturdays fill up quickly especially around holidays!
